| Our 5 year warranty begins on the day you receive your furniture. You are protected against stains and accidental damage with immediately effect on the day of your delivery! | |||||||||
| How many times can I claim? | |||||||||
| You can claim for pet damage once during the life of your policy, however there are no restrictions on the number of claims made due to any of the above. | |||||||||
| What About the Manufacturing Warranty? | |||||||||
| Structural defects are protected in the first year by our standard manufacturing guarantee and in the unlikely event of problems occurring you should contact us directly. Should you decide not to select the extended warranty we are able to provide a chargeable repair / replacement service to rectify any unfortunate non manufacturing problems that may occur, such as pet or flood damage. | |||||||||
