The delivery of your furniture is important to us. Sitting Room Company is pleased to confirm that only professional and specialist furniture handlers are used in the collection and delivery of your sofas. All deliveries are pre booked, and a 4 hour delivery window is available when calling the day prior to delivery.

Before being passed to our courier each piece of furniture is individually and professionally packed. Your sofa or chair is bagged (minimizing exposure to dust), then layers of bubble wrap and cardboard are used to safely pack the items.

DELIVERY POLICIES
      Delivery is confirmed and scheduled directly by our courier. We are unable to confirm delivery dates until the furniture has been completed and has been planned into the couriers routing system. At least 3 days notice is provided before the proposed delivery. Upon request you can be notified 1 hour before the proposed delivery.    
           
      Sitting Room Company can not be held responsible for any loss as a result of late, or non delivery. On rare occasions uncontrollable factors can influence your proposed delivery. In the unfortunate event of this occurring we will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately.    
           
      All home deliveries are undertaken by a team to two. The furniture will be positioned in the room of your choice. You are requested to then inspect the furniture before signing the delivery note. Any damage should be noted immediately on the delivery note and signed by one of our couriers..    
           
        In the event of damage occurring in transit, minor repairs can be conducted without the return of the furniture, (i.e. the replacement of feet). In the unlikely event of heavier damage the furniture may be required to be returned.
